Intuitive Coaching/Consultations
Sometimes the voice of logic, reason, or even fear or anger can drown out our Inner Voice of knowing. Intuitive coaching sessions include an integration of life coaching approaches and also an emphasis on intuitive knowledge from both you and Anne. Intuition and intuitive impressions are emphasized to help you gain insight and perspective into situations, choices, and decisions. In these sessions, Anne provides a structure for both you and her to listen to their intuition, and provides suggestions for developing stronger connections to one's inner wisdom and knowing. This approach works well with those wanting to use their own inner voice and intuition to achieve clarity, make decisions, get back in touch with their deeper self, and achieve both personal and professional goals.

Psychosynthesis Coaching
Anne is also a level one Psychosynthesis practitioner, a modality that integrates concepts from psychology and expanded human potential, including physical, emotional, cognitive, intuitive, spiritual, and creative dimensions. Sessions include explorations into the different dimensions of you as well as life coaching modalities to help you achieve your goals.
